Setting Call Forwarding on your incoming hunt group allows you to quickly send incoming calls to your cellphone, voicemail or any other destination when leaving office.Group Control allows you to set 5 presets and an option for a flexible destination.
Why using this tool ?
:As Broadsoft doesn't forward group calls when you forward your personal phone, all other apps are unuseable as they only forward your personal extension/calls.In most small and mid-sized companies, incoming calls are send to a huntgroup allowing several people to answer calls.
When everyone leaves (or has left) office, Group Control allows you set call forwarding anywhere or anytime.
